Brief appraisal of the overall performance of the institution during the
preceding academic session and plans for the future development may be given.
The college is a single faculty institution dedicated to teacher education and
fulfills all the requirements and possesses all infrastructural facilities including well equipped labs of E.T psychology science, computer and work
experiences and modern tools of communication for running B. Ed. & D. Ed.
Courses.
The theoretical and practical sides of the curriculum were so planned so as to
become result oriented. Teachers prepared course notes of theory papers photo
copies of which were distributed among the students before starting teaching
of that unit.
As reards practical aspect of the course, students were given full field
training and experiences of practice teaching such as orientation, teaching of
relative portions of theory papers which are directly related to the practice
teaching including methods and skills, demonstration lessons, microteaching
use of audio-visual teaching aids etc.
The college is much ahead in encouraging student for interaction with the
community. For this purpose college organized one day camps in three villages
Udaipur, Sirnota, Rajendranagar area under extension service Activities.
Two teachers of the college attended 5 days work shop
on consumer protection
of 1-1 P.A, New Delhi.
The college is planning to start B.P.Ed & M.Ed. Courses from 2008-09 session.
